In order to view your submitted form responses click on the 'Forms' Tab along the left side of the page.
This will open the Form Responses window. Then Select the form and the user from the drop down selectors and the date range.
Then select the format you would like for the report. Reports can currently be generated in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats. Once you have selected the format for the report click on the 'Generate Report of Current View' button to create the report.
This will open the Manager Generated reports window. From this window you will see a list of all of the generated reports. You have the option to Download or Delete the reports.
In this instance we chose to download the report in excel format. Once downloaded you can open the report to see details of all form responses for the selected form and date range.
