The Settings function gives users access to a variety of options. From this menu they can contact support, add a user, log into the manager site (if there system role allows), refer a business, view the audit log for recent activity, upload debug report, or reset the device.
If you are experiencing any unusual activity with regards to the app in addition to contacting support you can also submit an audit log to our servers. This will allow the technical support team to quickly review all of the apps activity. This will allow them to better troubleshoot the situation and quickly resolve the issue.
