To Locate the 'Projects' menu first select the Advanced Options Menu Icon in the upper left side of the screen.


Then Select 'Projects'.



Projects allows your mobile workforce to see all of the projects  in one place.

Once a project is selected  the user  can update the status  to show what stage the project is in as well as log time against assigned tasks within the project.  If new tasks need to be added to the project the user can click on the ‘+’ symbol in order to create a new task.


Quick Contact Access

When viewing projects you also have the ability to quickly access contact information for individuals associated with the project.  Start by choosing a project from your list.


Within the project details you will see the names associated with this project in green. Select the name to access the their contact information.

Then select the method of contact you wish to use and your device will prompt you to use your default application  associated with that function.(i.e. email app, phone dialer)
