How do I request locations?

To start the process, click on the green Locate Request button. 


After you hit the button, your map will refresh the current view. As employee responses come in from remote devices, the map will refresh and show you pin points on the map with the current location.

Your employees do not need to do anything. This is an automatic response from the running app, and it will respond within a few moments. Again, it is important to emphasize: This feature works only for those employees who have the app currently running on their device. Any employees who do not have the app running will respond with a location the next time they start the app. Note that this works best on Android devices. We are working on improving the ability of the app to stay active in the background of the iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) in order to respond quickly to these requests.
