A custom form is a dynamic way for you collect vital information from your mobile employees. Create a form with exactly the fields you want to capture. Employees can access all active forms from the 'Forms' tab in the mobile application, and their responses are sent to the server upon submission and immediately available in the manager desktop in the Form Responses window.
To get started, select the Forms option from the left side of the page. From the 'Forms' window click the 'Manage Forms' button.
Then click the 'Add Form' button to start creating a custom form.
When adding a new form you have a number of option from which to choose. Once you have made your selections, click on the 'Create Form' button to complete the process.
Once complete the form will be available to your mobile employees via the 'Forms' tab within the mobile application.
Once a form is selected the can complete the form on their mobile device and their responses are sent to the server upon submission and immediately available in the manager desktop in the Form Responses window.
