Global Settings

The Global Settings Feature allows you to customize the experience within the application and desktop.  The following features’ settings can be adjusted within Global Settings:

 Activities

 This setting allows you to control which activities are visible within the mobile application ‘Activity’ stream.

 

 

Timesheets

 This setting allows you to control which Clock Events are visible in the mobile application  ‘Activity Stream’.  The next available option is allow users to submit  Clock in/out times manually using the application based on permission settings set by the manager. The third option allows you to choose if you would like to display job codes in the Time Clock feature on the mobile app.

 

Global

 This setting(enabled by default) lets you determine whether devices with the application can support more than one user.  This feature allows multiple Users to clock/in out using a single mobile device. Users must be setup in the application using the Mobile Passcode.

 

 

 

Tasks

 This setting allows you to control which task updates are visible in the mobile application ‘Activity Stream’. Additionally, you can add the ability to use the Time Clock to log time against Projects and Tasks from the mobile app Time Clock feature.

 

Employees

This setting allows users to control how Employee drop down menus are ordered. It also gives you the ability to remove deleted users from the drop down menus.

 

Contacts

This setting allows you to add the to use the Time Clock to log time against Contacts from the mobile app Time Clock feature.


Forms

This setting allows you to select which form submissions will show in the activity stream.
