How do I view or delete a document?

In the desktop:
In the Actions column of the Documents window, you have the option to View the document in your browser, or Delete the document permanently. Note that if you delete the document, it will be unavailable both in the desktop and for mobile app users. You can also download any document by right-clicking on the View link in the Actions and choosing to Save Linked Content

 

In the mobile application:
You can view the documents by clicking on the Documents button on the main menu. From there, click on the title of the document you wish to view.

Your mobile device will display different types of documents in different ways, and depends greatly on the device and which other applications are installed. Word documents, spreadsheets, powerpoints, and PDFs may need third-party software, such as the QuickOffice or Amazon Kindle applications, to be installed on your device in order to display properly.
