The Library allows you to upload and store documents that may be needed by your mobile workforce. Some examples would be Marketing Materials, Human Resource Documents, Work Standard Guidelines, or User Manuals. Employees can access these forms by clicking on the ‘Library’ button from the main menu.
Upload a document - *Android Only Feature
In addition to being able to view important documents on their mobile device, users can also add documents to the library from their mobile device. To add a document from a mobile device start by selecting ‘Upload a Document.’
Then select the folder where the document is stored within the mobile device.
Then choose the document you would like to add to the Library.
Once you have selected the document you can enter a title and category.
Then select the ‘Upload’ button to add the document to the Library.
Now the document is available to all users in the Library.
